**Since we require a coordinator/planner we teamed up with For The Good Events, where you can book coordination through us at a discounted price.** 

In-House Coordination Process with FTG:

1. Questions & Consultation: We’re happy to answer all your questions about how our in-house coordination works and what to expect during the planning process.
2. Booking & Agreement: Once you decide to move forward, we send over a contract and an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your date.
3. Introduction & Planning Kickoff: After receiving the signed contract and deposit, we introduce you to Richel, the owner of FTG, via email. This begins the personalized communication where you'll meet the team, receive curated planning documents, preferred vendor lists, and start brainstorming your vision.

Our full-day rental provides a 12-hour access window from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Within this timeframe, six hours are designated specifically for your event, allowing ample time for setup, celebration, and cleanup.
Please note that the venue rental fee does not include rental equipment or decor. However, we are happy to recommend trusted rental vendors from our preferred vendor list to help bring your vision to life.

Rental Requirements:

To ensure a smooth and memorable event, the following requirements must be met:
-  Authorized Planner or Coordinator: A licensed and insured event planner or coordinator must be in place prior to booking with us to manage your event.
-  Service Staff: Professional service staff is required to assist with food, beverages, and guest needs.
-  Bartender: If alcohol is to be served, a licensed bartender holding a valid liquor license must be provided.
-  Preferred Rental Vendors: Use of at least one of our trusted rental vendors is required to supply tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment. Our partnered vendors include:
