M & T began their wedding day getting ready at the iconic The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort in Waikīkī, the timeless “Pink Palace of the Pacific.” With its historic charm, soft blush architecture, and ocean breeze drifting through the windows, it was the perfect setting for a slow, intentional morning.
From there, they made their way to the lush beauty of Waialua Valley Farms for an intimate ceremony tucked into the mountains. Surrounded by tropical greenery and the quiet stillness of the valley, they exchanged vows in a deeply personal celebration.
One of the most meaningful moments of the day was when a family member performed a traditional hula during the ceremony — a heartfelt tribute that brought both beauty and emotion to the space. It was a powerful way to honor family, culture, and the spirit of Hawaiʻi within their wedding day.
After celebrating with hugs, photos, and a few quiet moments together, the couple embraced a more spontaneous turn to their evening. They traded mountain serenity for city energy and headed into Chinatown for dinner at The Pig and the Lady.
The transition from historic Waikīkī to lush Waialua to vibrant Chinatown made the day feel dynamic yet deeply intentional, a blend of old Hawaiʻi charm, natural beauty, and Honolulu culture. Sharing a celebratory dinner t their favorite place, surrounded by their closest loved ones was the perfect ending to a day that felt intimate, joyful, and completely their own.
