Ceremony, photos and a toast or two (no food)! Come celebrate your elopement with us with a 3 hour booking of our farm for up to 30 guests Monday - Thursday. 

Please note that the venue rental fee does not include rental equipment or decor.

Rental Requirements:

- Authorized Planner or Coordinator: A licensed and insured event planner or coordinator must be in place prior to booking with us to manage your event.
- Bartender: If alcohol is to be served, a licensed bartender holding a valid liquor license must be provided.
- Hired transportation for guests is required, due to lack of parking on site, and for their safety..
- Preferred Rental Vendors: Use of at least one of our trusted rental vendors is required to supply tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment. Our partnered vendors include:

  • Use of designated areas from 9am - 12pm  or 4pm - 7pm (3 hours total)
  • 1 hr after venue rental expires, vendors have 1 hr to breakdown
  • Use of the bridal suite exclusive for predetermined use of 10 people maximum - guests and vendors limited to outside space
  • 1 Waialua Valley Farm staff member present of event to maintain property infrastructure only, no event coordination or event assistance
